Courtney Thornhill
Founder & Accredited Domestic Energy Assessor
After serving over 12 years in the Royal Navy, I founded Daring Energy Surveys to provide homeowners, landlords, estate agents and property investors across Hampshire with a professional, reliable and friendly energy assessment service.
As an accredited Domestic Energy Assessor with Quidos, I carry out Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) in accordance with the latest RdSAP methodology and industry conventions. I believe every customer deserves an accurate assessment, honest advice and excellent service from start to finish.
My aim is to make the EPC process as straightforward as possible by offering flexible appointments, prompt turnaround times and clear communication throughout.
As Daring Energy Surveys grows, I plan to expand the services I offer to include airtightness testing and other energy and property compliance services, giving customers access to a complete range of property energy expertise from one trusted business.
Outside of work, you'll find me spending time outdoors with my husband, two young children and our Jack Russell.
